Persons interested in direct participation in the proceedings initiated based on a complaint may do so by submitting an application for leave to intervene.
Intervention is a formal way of participating in an ongoing procedure. The conditions for intervention are described in Chapter 14 (Articles 142 to 145) of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court of 4 March 2015 (OJ 2015 L 105, p. 1). The link to the regulations is available here: https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/PL/TXT/?uri=OJ:L:2015:105:TOC

An application for leave to intervene may be submitted until 19 July 2021 by traditional mail to the address of the Court of Justice of the European Union – General Court of the European Union (Rue du Fort Niedergrünewald; L-2925 Luxembourg), provided that the correspondence arrived at the General Court on the specified date (19 July 2021) at the latest or via the e-Curia portal available at: https://curia.europa.eu/jcms/jcms/P_78957/en/, however, when choosing this form, it is necessary to set up an account enabling the use of the portal in advance, therefore we do not recommend postponing the decision to submit an intervention until the last minute.

Due to numerous inquiries, below we publish a template of the Application for admission to the case as an intervener.

We encourage you to follow the further course of the proceedings.
