Dear all,

I would like to share some important news with you.

First, we will change the legal formula of Firearms United. We will change into Association of Associations. This is required to allow organizations working in countries, fighting for our right to bear arms, to formally cooperate and associate for the common cause. It is a necessary step for us, due to a high number of organizations, both Polish and in other countries, which support us for a long time already, but would like to formalize this cooperation.

Second, we are at such a moment of 91/477/EEC Directive implementation in Member States, that we, the law abiding firearms owners, need to speak with a single voice again. We must show our governments that we are UNITED in defense of our rights and that we are a responsible public side, which wants and can, work with Governments.

The project has been accepted in Poland by the following organizations:
– Nadwiślanskie Towarzystwo Strzeleckie
– Klub Strzelających Inaczej
– Polskie Stowarzyszenie Kolekcjonerów Broni Palnej i Strzelectwa Sportowego
– KS Cover
– Vis et Honor

We have signed cooperation agreements with the above organizations yesterday. The cornerstone of our cooperation is to give Firearms United a mandate for a dialogue with Polish Government and Parliament to adapt Polish regulations to the Directive’s requirements. Of course, the above mentioned organizations do maintaining their independence and stay autonomous. The meaning of the whole situation is that, as of today, Firearms United represents formally over 5,000 Polish firearms owners, and this is just a beginning.

We would like to invite every firearms organizations, regardless of how big, small, niche, sport, collecting, et cetera to join this initiative. Together we are STRONGER.

In the last few days I’ve heard many questions like this one “What can a firearm owner do to support Firearms United, apart from donating money?”. This initiative is the answer. You can go to your organization, shooting club, association, etc and convince them to join this initiative. Do it. This is my ask.
